The Stort Valley & Villages Primary Care Network (PCN) brings together five member practices serving more than 70,000 registered patients across East Hertfordshire and West Essex.
Supported by Stort Valley Healthcare, the PCN enables practices to work together, share expertise and develop services that improve access, strengthen resilience and support better outcomes for local communities.
