About Stort Valley Healthcare
Stort Valley Healthcare is a Community-focussed healthcare provider serving Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding area.
We work on behalf of local practices and in partnership with NHS organisations, community providers, local authorities and voluntary sector partners to improve health services for our population.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality care closer to home, improving access to services, supporting people to stay well and helping to create a more joined-up experience of care for patients. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved when organisations work together around the needs of patients rather than around organisational boundaries.
